Our cattle graze freely across high-rainfall pastures, and we work closely with a renowned local butcher to ensure quality from paddock to plate. With a focus on exceptional genetics, low-stress farming, and whole-animal use, we’re proud to offer beef that’s as thoughtful as it is flavourful.
We run two of the best breeds for meat and carcass quality: Speckle Park and Angus. Quality beef starts and finishes with quality genetics.
Our Angus herds are derived from only the best stud stock operations in South Australia. Angus beef is world renowned for its intra-muscular marbling, tenderness, texture, meat flavour, and colour. The Speckle Park breed is known for its excellent eating quality, tenderness, flavour, and marbled texture.
