How is your beef processed and packaged?
Speckle Valley Beef is cryovac packaged. Customers can go through the cutting list and select how they would like their beef sliced. These cuts will be cryovac packaged and labelled into meal sized packs. Sausages will come packaged on a standard tray.
How do I place an order?

Can I customise my bulk meat order?
Yes, you can customise your cuts. Our butcher has pre-chosen the best cuts for you, but these can be changed to suit your individual needs by selecting your cuts through the digital order form.
Do you sell individual cuts or only bulk packs?
At Speckle Valley Beef we offer a Quarter Side of Beef (approx. 40 - 50kg) and a Side of Beef (approx. 90 - 100kg). A full side of beef will last a family approximately 6 – 12 months.
What is the minimum order size?
The minimum order size is a Quarter Side of Beef.
When will my order be delivered?
Within 3-4 weeks of placing your order.
Do you offer local pickup?
This can be accommodated with prior notice. The location for pick up will be advised upon order.
Do you deliver interstate?
Yes, however we will require a plenty of notice for interstate orders. There will be a case by case shipping cost.
How long will the meat last in the freezer?
Your meat will last up to 12 months in the freezer, and it is recommended to have a chest freezer or a full-sized upright freezer to accommodate the amount.

Can I buy your meat in store?
Yes, we currently exclusively stock to She’s Apples in Mount Gambier. If this is out of your reach, we deliver South Australia wide via our online store.
