Final Invoice: Total based on dressed carcase weight, invoiced approx. 1 week prior to delivery. Full payment must be received before pickup or delivery.
What is dressed weight

Orders are priced on dressed weight, which refers to the animal’s weight after being partially butchered, with internal organs, head, and less desirable parts removed. This weight still includes bones and cartilage.

After trimming and dry-aging, you’ll receive about 30% less in your final boxed weight. This process enhances tenderness and flavour, giving you restaurant-quality beef at home.
How will it be delivered?

Do you need to be home?
Yes. We deliver fresh (not frozen) using our refrigerated transport network to avoid unnecessary costs. We’ll arrange a convenient delivery time with you after your order is placed.

How will it arrive?
Your order comes in locally made, sustainable cardboard boxes. Cuts are portioned into convenient meal or bulks sized cryovac packs, roasts are pre-packed, and silverside is brined. Everything is ready for you to freeze or cook straight away.
